1. What kind of products do you sell?

I create limited edition art prints, postcards, and custom-designed iPhone cases inspired by jazz, soul, and Black culture. Every piece is designed by me and produced locally or through trusted partners.

2. What iPhone models do the cases fit?

Cases are available for a wide range of iPhone models, from iPhone SE to the latest iPhone 15 Pro, Samsung etc... Each product page has a dropdown where you can choose your model.

3. Where do you ship from?

All products are printed and shipped from Canada. Some items, like phone cases, are fulfilled through my production partner, Podbase.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

• Processing time: 3–5 business days

• Shipping time (Canada): 3–7 business days

• Shipping time (U.S.): 5–10 business days
  You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way!

5. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes!

6. Can I request a custom design or portrait?

Yes! I occasionally accept commissions for custom art or portraits. Please reach out via the Contact page or Instagram DM to discuss your project.

All sales are final.

Because all items are made to order and printed just for you, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, if your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with the printing, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item. I’ll do my best to make it right!
